My child, when life brings you hard times what do you? Do you begin to worry stress and forget about who can take all your anxiety away?
Today my child, I want you to begin doing these five things everyday, especially during those hard times.

Each day will have its ups and downs my beloved, so find a verse that speaks to your soul to help you get through this day. There are 373 verses in the Bible, no need in worrying about running out.
