In My Darkest Hours God Is With Me | Gods411

We all have been there. We have spent countless night crying, been angry and afraid. The one thing that we can count on is that God will never leave us

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you or forsake you” Deuteronomy 31:6

We can even be angry at God and He will never leave our side.

"The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and abounding in mercy and loving-kindness." Psalm 145:8

He is there when we are afraid.

Say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.” Isaiah 35:4

Take heart! We serve a God that is with us till the end of times. So the next time you are feeling like this.... Remember God is with you in your fears, anger, sorrow, and pain.

  10. I think about if that were me and have thoughts of that could be me when I see someone on the streets or alone in this world. One thing only comes to mind. How can Jesus help them through me. I like to give directly to help that person know God and live, that is to my local rescue mission.

  12. Depression is often called being in a dark place. Churchill referred to the black dog of depression. If you are in the dark turn to Jesus, the Way the Truth and the Light. Isaiah 50:10 ... Let him who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name (the character and authority) of the Lord and rely on his God. Sin is failure to trust that God will work things out for the good Romans 8:28. We stray when we fail to trust in God and go with our own understanding ... and don't wait till he makes our path clear. Proverbs 3:5-6. In the meantime, choose to kick away that black dog like it was peeing on your leg.
