I Saw Hell and Then Met Jesus: Jordan Samuel's Near-Death Experience

Image
Jordan Samuel's Near-Death Experience and the Life-Changing Encounter He Says He Had with Jesus For most of his life, Jordan Samuel believed hell was nothing more than a myth.  Like many people, he thought that if he lived a decent life and treated others well, everything would work out in the end. "I went my whole life not believing that hell was real," Jordan recalls. "I didn't want to believe in all that dark stuff. I thought there was no hell." Today, he passionately says the opposite.  Jordan believes he experienced both hell and heaven during what he describes as a near-death experience, an encounter that completely transformed his life. Note: Near-death experiences (NDEs) are personal testimonies. While many people find them inspiring, they should not be considered equal to Scripture. Christians are encouraged to evaluate every experience in light of God's Word. A Childhood Full of Questions About Jesus Image created with AI. Jordan grew up in Edm...

Mother and Three Children Survive Tragic Car Crash, 6-Month-Old Baby Hera Dies

The Bradley family posing together before a tragic car accident that claimed the life of 6-month-old baby Hera and changed their lives forever.

There are moments in life where life is going amazing, then in a split second everything changes!  Right now, the Bradley family is living through one of those moments.

The Bradley's lives were forever changed in an instant by a devastating car accident one that has left behind unimaginable loss, deep heartbreak, and a long road ahead filled with healing and uncertainty.

Lexi and her three youngest children were involved in the crash. Their precious six-month-old baby girl, Hera, tragically did not survive. At the time of writing this their 18-month-old son, Theodore, is currently on life support and is not expected to survive.

There are no words strong enough to describe the weight of this kind of loss. No parent should ever have to say goodbye to their child let alone face the heartbreaking reality of losing two. The grief this family is carrying is beyond what most of us can comprehend.

Three young siblings gathered around newborn baby Hera, sharing a tender family moment before the tragic accident that changed their lives forever.

Lexi, the mother now walking through unimaginable pain, was also severely injured in the accident. She is facing a long and difficult recovery, one that will include multiple surgeries, extensive medical care, and rehabilitation in the weeks and months ahead.

Their three-year-old daughter, Athena, was also injured. She has already undergone surgery on her arm and, by God’s grace, is expected to be released from the hospital soon. While that brings a small glimmer of hope, it comes in the shadow of overwhelming loss.

In addition to everything they have endured, the family also lost their beloved dog, Skunk, who was in the car at the time. For many families, pets are more than companions they are part of the family. And this loss only adds to the weight of what they are carrying.

The reality they now face is not only grief, but also the overwhelming burden of medical bills, surgeries, ongoing care, and funeral expenses costs that no family should have to carry alone, especially in a time like this.

This reminds of the verse in Galatians 6:2:

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

Right now, the Bradley family needs people to come alongside them to help carry what feels impossible to carry on their own.

A GoFundMe has been created to help support them during this incredibly difficult time. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go toward easing the financial strain so they can focus on what truly matters right now: healing, grieving, and being together as a family.
If you feel led to give, you can support them here:

As a community we need to meet their spiritual needs. They need prayer! They need to be lifted up in a way only faith and God can provide.

Pray for Lexi’s healing both physically and emotionally.

Pray for Athena, that she continues to recover and feels surrounded by love and safety.

Pray for Jesus' peace that surpasses all understanding as this family walks through grief no one should ever have to endure.

Psalm 34:18 reminds us:

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

Right now, the Bradley family is walking through the valley but they are not alone.
Even in the darkest moments, God sees every tear, hears every cry, and holds every broken piece. As a community, we have the chance to reflect that love to show up, to give, to pray, and to remind this family that they are not forgotten.

Let’s come together for the Bradley family. Let’s surround them with support, with prayer, and with the kind of love that helps carry people through the unimaginable.
