This is why I love Chick-fil-A! Reported by ABC 10 News in San Diego.
When Tauya Nenguke was working as a manger in the Chick-fil-A located in Chula Vista, Calf. Nenguke was outside his restaurant last Wednesday when he noticed someone on the ground on the other side of his parking lot. His first thought was that this person is having some car troubles, but after a moment he realized that this person needed medical attention.
"He wasn't breathing or anything. His eyes were rolled back into his head," Nenguke said.
Security footage show his friend trying to help this man in trouble.
Nenguke who had taken some pre-nursing classes so that he may become a nurse, began performing CPR. Once started, he showed his friend how to do chest compression. Then rotated until paramedics arrived.
Later Nenguke learned that his quick response and willingness to help, saved this man's life, ABC 10 reported.
"There wasn't any hesitation on my part. I know that was the place where God placed me at the moment," Nenguke said. "That was truly a real big eye-opener to my calling to be in health care. Because at the moment, it was like instinct took over."
This is not the first time that a Chick-fil-A employee has helped to save someone's life. It is so refreshing to see a company with strong values and employees that are willing to help others.
Chick-fil-A states it's corporate purpose "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A."
Proud of employees of Chick-fil-A.
