10 Bible Verses Every Christian Should Memorize

Do You Know These Verses?
The Bible has so many amazing verses and so much useful information where do you start? Below are 10 Bible verses that we would suggest every Christian should memorize.

1) John 3:16
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
This verse is THE verse that defines our faith. Without it we are lost forever.

2)  Romans 3:23
“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
This verse tells who has sinned?

3)  Romans 6:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Why do we need salvation?

4)  Romans 5:8
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.”
What motivated God to do this for us?

5)  Romans 10:9 
“that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
How are you saved?

6) 2 Timothy 3:16
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God"
If you do not believe this verse then the Bible is just another book.

7) 2 Timothy 3:17
"The Bible is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
If you do not believe this verse then the Bible is just another book.

8)  1 John 1:9
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
God promises to forgive you and not remember your wrong doings?

9) John 14:6
“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'”
There is only one way to Heaven.

10)  Psalm 119:11
“Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.”
